The Winemaster is equipped with a patented “Pull Down Bottle Grip” that locks the corkscrew onto the bottle to leave both hands free for easy use. Moving the handles down with a smooth and easy action, the Winemaster both inserts the specially coated spiral and extracts the cork. The Winemaster will effortlessly uncork bottles in seconds without any twisting or pulling.

Q: The coating on the spiral has worn out. Is it possible to replace the spiral?

A: Yes, to avoid any damage it is important to regularly check the coating on the spiral. The spiral can be replaced as shown in the user instructions.

Q: The WineMaster is spinning on the neck of the bottle, how can I prevent this?

A: By pulling down the sleeve the corkscrew firmly locks itself onto the neck of the bottle.

Q: Am I allowed to lubricate the mechanism?

A: No, oily substances can speed up the process of wear that can result in a defect to the corkscrew.

Q: Do I have to remove the foil or wax before opening the bottle?

A: Yes, to avoid the mechanism getting stuck with remainders of foil or wax, it is important to remove both. Foil can be removed with the attached foil cutter.

Q: My WineMaster fails to unlock itself from the neck of the bottle. What should I do?

A: To remove the WineMaster gently push the sleeve upwards using both thumbs. Do not attempt to pull or twist the corkscrew from the neck of the bottle to avoid serious damage.
